I ordered a item from this company. Everything was straight forward and arrived around 5 days later.
I had previously ordered the same item from another company who after 10 weeks didn’t deliver the item but I also had to battle to get a refund. So was nice for everything to go straight forward.

Ordering was so simple, every question I asked was answered promptly they went out of their way to give you service. The delivery team were very helpful too. Would not hesitate to use this company again

A slight mix up with delivery, but fantastic customer service when I rang to sort it out with really good follow up after the delivery. Really pleased with my purchase.

The bed is just what we wanted. My husband managed to put it together by himself.
The only problem we encountered was that it should have been in 3 packets but only 2 were delivered.
The problem was with the delivery people not the bed firm who where very sympathetic and helpful, hence not 5 stars.
